Weird Al是一為專門惡搞各家歌手成名曲的鬼才 最近就寫了一首White n Nerdy來詮釋這種現象
什麼是Nerdy? 不用再按你的電腦辭典了 這來自美國俚語 也有人寫作nerd或nurd
是形容那些整天賴在電腦前的怪咖 追求高科技成就卻與社會格格不入 單純想法的人
後來年輕一輩又把它拿來當作班上又怪又討厭好笑的傢伙 變成 nerd、nerdy的被濫用
雖然不完全相同 但是和台灣的宅男一詞的情況其實有點類似
